Day 1
Flight to Akureyri arriving at 12 o'clock, sightseeing around
Lake Mývatn with stops at Höfði, Dimmuborgir, Grjótagjá and Hverir. In the afternoon it is possible to go horseback riding ore take a nice walk in the area, after dinner
there is a tour to the Mývatn Nature baths.
Day 2
Super jeep tour to Húsavík and a whale watching tour out on the bay of Skjálfandi. Free time to walk around in the town and have a lunch. After lunch the tour heads on around Tjörnes to a place called Ásbyrgi, a nice nature wonder at the end of the national park of Jökulsárgljúfur. From there we head to Dettifoss the most powerful waterfall in Europe and the magnificent canyon of Jökulsá river. Next we head back to Lake Mývatn. It is ideal to take evening walk out to the Lake and enjoy the beauty of the lake in the autumn colors.
Day 3
Transfer to the airport of Akureyri with a stop at the magnificent waterfall of the Gods
"Goðafoss", short sightseeing around the town of Akureyri. Lunch flight to Reykjavík.
